Arkashri Private Limited
Engineering & Security Principles

Transparent Architecture. Verifiable Evidence. Deterministic Trust.

Audit and compliance platforms cannot rely on black-box heuristics or ungrounded machine learning. Arkashri is built upon a deterministic pipeline where every insight is anchored to immutable source evidence.

Pillar 01

User & Tenant Access Boundaries

Arkashri is architected with strict multi-tenant logical partitioning. Each customer organization operates within an isolated cryptographic namespace. Access control employs fine-grained Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), ensuring that team members, quality review partners, and external reviewers only interact with authorized engagement workpapers.

Pillar 02

Evidence Ingestion & Integrity Hashing

When client files (PDFs, bank statements, general ledgers, contracts) are uploaded into the Evidence Engine, an immutable cryptographic SHA-256 digest is generated instantly before document parsing. This cryptographic fingerprint ensures that any downstream modification to the underlying file is detected immediately, creating a defensible chain of custody.

Pillar 03

Domain-Specific Knowledge Packs

Generic language models lack understanding of nuanced accounting standards and statutory circulars. Arkashri utilizes modular knowledge packs encoding statutory mandates (such as the Indian Companies Act, Standards on Auditing, and Internal Financial Control frameworks). These packs are maintained with strict editorial provenance so citation references always cite applicable rules.

Pillar 04

Bounded AI Analysis & Zero-Extrapolation Guardrails

Our retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline is designed with zero-extrapolation constraints. When an agent identifies a cutoff lag or disclosure variance, it is strictly required to provide the exact bounding coordinates and verbatim snippet from the primary source document. If evidence is missing or inconclusive, the agent reports an evidentiary gap rather than fabricating conclusions.

Pillar 05

Mandatory Human-in-the-Loop Review

No observation generated by an AI assistant is allowed to automatically transition into an official audit report. Every observation must be formally reviewed, validated, and digitally signed off by a qualified professional auditor. The human reviewer retains final responsibility for all professional judgment and audit opinions.

Pillar 06

Append-Only Audit Event Ledger & Traceability

All state transitions—from evidence ingestion and reviewer comments to partner sign-offs—are recorded in an append-only event log. This ensures non-repudiation and produces an auditable review record that can be presented during regulatory peer reviews and institutional scrutiny. Note: Cryptographic hashing guarantees document integrity; it does not constitute proof that the underlying factual assertions made in client documents are true.

Engineering Transparency & Boundary Disclaimers

• No Absolute Guarantees: In adherence to engineering integrity, Arkashri does not make unrealistic claims such as “100% secure” or “error-free compliance.” Security is an ongoing process of defense-in-depth, strict isolation, and disciplined code review.

• Development Maturity: Features are transparently labeled as either In Active Development, Prototype Stage, or Architecture Roadmap. We prioritize software that performs reliably in real engagements over premature marketing claims.
